Een Australische TV uitzending van 13 minuten in het programma sixty minutes (met volledig Engelstalig transcript) van de reportage over het verband tussen gsm's en hersentumoren. De reportage volgt twee mannen die ervan overtuigd zijn dat hun kwaadaardige en dodelijke hersentumor te wijten is aan hun intensief gsm-gebruik.

Dr. Charlie Teo, neurochirurg: I'm incredibly worried, concerned, depressed at the number of kids I'm seeing coming in with brain tumours. Malignant brain tumours. Just in the last three or four weeks I've seen nearly half a dozen kids with tumours which really should have been benign and they've all been nasty, malignant brain tumours. We are doing something terribly wrong.

Once brain tumours were a relatively rare cancer but not any more. And Charlie Teo's biggest worry is that their dramatic increase has coincided with a boom in mobile ownership.

Dr. Charlie Teo: There is now a true exponential rise in the incidence of brain cancer. And so we have got to be responsible about all the potential causes of that and at least make the public aware of those potential causes.
