Norwegian Minister of Education Kari Nessa Nordtun is leading an initiative to create a mobile-free environment in Norwegian schools. Nordtun, citing concerns about deteriorating academic achievement and concentration levels, sees no compelling reason to integrate cell phones into the school day.
